About Me

Hi! I'm Talia, known online as TheBeastlyPichu.
I use she/her pronouns. I'm an electronic musician based in New Jersey.
I'm also currently working toward a bachelor's degree in animal science.

Music:

I started producing music in 2020 during quarantine, when I was 14 years old.
I learned music production skills by contributing to SiIvaGunner,
a collaborative YouTube channel that uploads parody video game music remixes.

Nowadays, I mainly make original music. I like to make chiptune, a style of music
made using old computers, video game consoles, and handhelds. I personally use
LSDJ to make chiptune on Nintendo Gameboys.

My upcoming debut solo album I Know You Know, releasing in summer 2026,
is a dubstep album made entirely within LSDJ. Keep an eye out for it on my
Bandcamp page!

Summit Sound Collective:

I am the founder of Summit Sound Collective, a netlabel that releases compilation
albums as fundraisers to support various charities and nonprofits. At the time of
writing, we have released one album, The Madeline Mixtape, which is a fundraiser
for Trans Lifeline. We hope to release more albums as a group in the future!

MAGFest:

I try my best to attend the convention MAGFest every year. MAGFest stands for
Music and Gaming Festival, and it takes place every year at the Gaylord National
Resort and Convention Center in National Harbor, Maryland. The convention has
"nerdy" music performances (chiptune, video game music, etc.), arcade games,
panels, activities, and everything else you could expect from a video game
convention.

The SiIvaGunner team usually has a big presence at MAGFest, and it's always nice
meeting up with my friends from the team. SiIvaGunner is the reason I know
about MAGFest in the first place!

I performed on the Chipspace stage at MAGFest in 2026. It was a lot of fun.
I uploaded a recording of it to YouTube.

You could usually find me walking around the Gaylord or hanging around
Chipspace. If you see me, feel free to say hi!
